The practical agreement behind every session, in plain language.
The service
SE Asia Counselling provides online counselling with Craig Gagnon. Counselling is not a substitute for medical care, and it is not an emergency service. In Thailand call 1669 for an ambulance or 1323 for the mental health hotline.
Sessions
Sessions last 50 minutes and take place by video or voice on an agreed app. You are responsible for joining from a private place with a reliable connection.
Fees and cancellations
Fees are listed on the fees page. Sessions can be rescheduled free of charge with 24 hours' notice; later changes are charged in full except in genuine emergencies. Packages are valid for three months from the first session.
Young people
Clients aged 13 to 17 need written consent from a parent or guardian before their first session.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
