Privacy policy

Counselling depends on trust. This page explains what information is collected and how it is looked after.

What is collected

When you book or get in touch: your name, email address, phone or messaging details, time zone and anything you choose to write. During counselling: brief session notes kept by Craig.

How it is used

Only to arrange and provide counselling, to take payment and to meet legal obligations. Your information is never sold or used for advertising profiles.

Confidentiality

What you share in sessions stays confidential. The only exceptions are a serious risk of harm to you or someone else, or where the law requires disclosure. These limits are explained before the first session.

Storage and third parties

Notes are stored securely and kept only as long as professional and legal rules require. Booking and video tools (such as Cal.com, Zoom, Teams, Line and WhatsApp) process data under their own privacy policies.

This website

The site may use privacy-respecting analytics and advertising measurement to understand which pages are useful. No health information is passed to advertising platforms.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@seacounselling.com.
